After my application and resume was screened, I was asked to report to the company for an interview. During the interview, I was asked about your prior experience and my goals for the future, and was debriefed about the position. I was asked to describe how I handled a particularly difficult situation at a previous job, and also other questions for some insight into my personality and capabilities. There were multiple interviews with upper-level management. Background check was performed and references were checked before offering the position.
