It was very easy and detailed. They laid out the entire process and job description. No confusion on their end. They email you with the details as well. One of the better experiences I've had.

The interview process at GE was very short. They did not conduct multiple interviews. They did not ask a lot of questions.They were straight to the point. Hiring process was smooth as well.

Process had started with a phone interview with HR which was then followed by a panel interview of three senior level leadership employees asking three questions each. Questions were looking for answers using real life examples
