Me postulé en línea. El proceso tomó 2 meses. Acudí a una entrevista en GE (Cincinnati, OH) en ago 2016
Entrevista
The interview process started with an initial application for the job, followed by an Email setting up a phone interview ( Phone screening). The Phone interview was about 30 min long and had like 8 questions. After a few days I received an Email requesting me to fly out to Cincinnati for an on site interview. This interview was about 5 hrs long and consisted of multiple types of interviews.

The phone interview questions were focused around giving examples of projects that involved " x, y z". pretty straight forward.
In person Questions were different for each interviewer but 95% of them were behavior based questions. for example, tell me about a time when you took a risk, or tell me about a time you failed.

Combative. The interview process was disorganized. The interviewers were less than transparent about what the interview process would entail. Based on my interactions leading up to and the day of the interview, I declined the offer. Also, this is not an internship. If you accept, you will be a full-time employee.
