Submitted resume via internal COS system (awful), after a couple weeks I noticed someone had read my resume. Reached out to the HR manager, got a 1 hour interview with the HR manager. 1 Week later got another interview with another HR manager. No one related to the position or team had spoken to me yet. I was told the process would be quick. One month later I got a phone call saying they had chosen someone else. I was grateful.
