Interview was a joke. This company pulls 45 people into a zoom call and don't even actually interview anyone. They start of being completely snippy and rude to the potential employees, then if they decide you don't fit in before the interview process even starts they just kick you. I believe whole heartedly I was removed because I am white. 90% of the other people that were there were not white, neither were the ones conducting aid interview. I had everything I was supposed to have, My camera, Headset, I had opened the page to begin like instructed and then was removed from the zoom call before even being asked anything or speaking to anyone. Pretty disgusting. about 10 minutes after I was removed I received an email stating they had chosen someone else for the position.

Dopo aver completato ore di formazione non retribuita, ho dovuto rincorrere l'azienda per giorni. Nonostante avessi inviato molteplici email per chiedere conferma e il link per il test tecnico di 4 ore (previsto per lunedì alle 10:00), ho ricevuto solo risposte automatiche prive di senso o silenzio assoluto. Avevo esplicitamente richiesto una conferma entro sabato per poter gestire i miei impegni professionali, ma hanno ignorato ogni sollecito. Il link Zoom è stato inviato solo lunedì mattina alle 09:31, appena 29 minuti prima dell'inizio. Un comportamento irrispettoso e una gestione dilettantesca dei candidati.
