Interviewed in person at their Petaluma office. Met with two managers and even a sales rep at the end, one at a time, all in one visit. Felt like I really hit it off with both managers. But when I met with a sales rep, the tone seem to change. The sales rep took his time squinting at my previous jobs on my resume while looking for reasons why my skills wouldn't be transferable to the sales job I was interviewing for (same job as his). For a little context, GC Micro is a hardware and software integration and services company, and is a subcontractor to organizations, such as Boeing. So, I asked the sales rep what he did and where he worked before coming to GC Micro. He paused, then told me that he worked in a golf shop on a golf course. He seemed embarrassed to give that answer, especially after grilling me about my past experience. The interview ended in an awkward way after that.
