Interview with many people in both one on one setting and with multiple interviewers at once. This gives you the opportunity to hear from multiple people at various levels within the organization. You also have a chance to ride a long with a current chain sales representative to gain a better understanding of a day in the life of a rep as well as some of the things you're responsible for.

Basic Interview experience. Two regular interviews followed by an online panel with a mock sales presentation. My interview was during covid so everything was online but overall very good experience.
