I interviewed multiple times with Gale, including an in-person interview and an interview with someone from New York. After the fourth stage, I received an email saying they were going in another direction. The boilerplate email said the following: "Please let me know if you would like to hop on a call to discuss the contents of this email further." I did indicate I would like a call to discuss as I wanted some insight as to how I can improve, but never heard back from them. Very disappointing that they make such an offer to discuss, but won't follow through once they are done with you. To me, that's a reflection of company culture.
