Pregunta 1
What do you know about GAIL? Why do you want to work for this organisation?
I got the opportunity for the interview through a campus placement drive. The interview process was simple, consisting of two stages. The first stage was a group discussion where we were given a technical topic, and the second stage was a personal interview. The interview panel consisted of around 6-7 members.

The interview started with a self-introduction, followed by several technical questions. All the technical questions were not very difficult. After that, they began asking scenario-based questions.
The Executive Trainee interview process at GAIL India typically involves:
1)Shortlisting through GATE scores in the relevant engineering discipline.
2)A Group Discussion (GD) to assess communication and team skills.
3)A Personal Interview (PI) focusing on technical knowledge and situational problem-solving.
4)Assessment of general aptitude and personality traits during the PI.
5)Final selection based on combined GATE score, GD, and PI performance.
