There will be a panel of individuals who will ask you the same questions. Most don't want to be there and the only two that matter are the Plant Manager and the HR Manager.

Phone interview, followed by an onsite person interview. Onsite interview lasted about 4 hours. Included plant tour, 3 person panel interview, then one on one interview with the HR manager.

Phone interview; second phone interview; in person interview; once you get to the establishment in person, you will have to watch safety videos and sit in front of a board while they ask you many questions; be honest and speak with confidence.
