Interviewed for the quality engineering position, And I can say it was one of the most fun and enriching experiences I have had in my college experience. If you're considering quality, GAF is a great place to start, as they're willing to help you learn as long as you show interest in them and their work. Their interviewing process is more of a formality to get to know the students and see if any of the hiring managers make connections with them, so try to connect with the managers and be yourself!

Entrevista
Mostly behavioral, focusing on my resume and how I would fit at the company. Interviewers were both very friendly and were excited to be there and to talk to me.

Are you comfortable working hands-on in this role?
In person interview at the factory. Interviewed by the entire office in a way where I switched rooms ever 20 minutes to talk to someone else. They reimbursed me for the gas and miles to drive to the interview.
