Utterly shambolic! No signage to or at entrance and the person who was supposed to be conducting the interview wasn't there despite rescheduling to fit in with them. After walking through an office full of people (no care for my confidentiality whatsoever) I was left in the kitchen for 15 minutes. A variety of people trailed in and out to make drinks etc and I had to listen to someone chatting on their mobile, complaining about work and lack of training. And finally...I was interviewed in a room full of boxes by someone who had to step in and was clearly not prepared.
