The interviewer wanted a less formal conduct and a more conversational style for the interview. So it made it easy to relax and talk with the interviewer. The interviewer was supposed to last for 30 mins but we talked for about an hour+ so the interview was really good.

I underwent an initial phone interview with the CRC Manager. It was quite casual which was nice and I was quite comfortable during the initial interview. I was then invited to come in for an in-person interview. When I got to the site, I was greeted downstairs and walked up to meet with the manager. I was then told that the manager was not in that day, and I would need to reschedule. I texted him and let him know that I was open to rescheduling and he let me know that he would get back to me. I waited a few days and followed up but did not receive an answer from him. I continued trying to contact him and he ignored all of my contact attempts.
