I applied via a employee referral. Was called by HR for IQ, English and writing tests. A week or so later, I was called for an interview with Hiring Manager and HR

Can't remember specifics, but generally questions about my previous experience and how I deal with stress. The Hiring Manager emphasized the nature of the job and it not being 9-5 type of job.
