I posted my resume to clearancejobs and received an email from Future Tech's Intelligence Manager. We spoke on the phone about my experience and a bit about the contract. He told me generally what I'd be doing and asked if I would be interested. I said yes, and we then discussed salary. Afterwards, there was some NATO and other paperwork to read, fill out, and send to the company. Finally I signed an offer letter and they set me up with a CI polygraph at Ft. Meade. I then completed my physical, and urinalysis and went to CRC. The only drawback to the entire process was that nothing was compensated even though I and the other FTI hiree were told we'd be compensated. Our transportation from the airport to Ft. Benning wasn't compensated either. And we didn't get any bonuses like those on the primary received.
