I only reached second round, but was first phone screen with HR/Recruiter and then more formal interview with hiring manager. With Hiring manager, they asked mostly behavioral questions as this is an entry level position. That said, it was emphasized that there would be technical skills needed but that we'd be able to leverage Salesforce trailheads

The process was a bit chaotic. I applied online and was contacted had 2 interviews with HR and the director. Came in for face to face interviews for 3 1/2 hours ( completely unnecessary considering the nature of the conversations) met with 5 different people. Reached out to HR and never received a response. I would suggest just being a lot more professional in the interview process as well as with keeping consistent communication throughout! Wasted a ton of time lol!

Entrevista
Found out about the position through a friend. The entire interview process took more than 2 months. Had 2 phone interviews with the recruiter and the manager. Was called in to their office for a face to face interview which took 3 hours. Interviewed with management and employees, 5 people total. Everyone asked similar generic interview questions. Never heard from them again after the interview, no courtesy call or anything. Tried reaching out through phone and email multiple times but never got through to anyone.
