      Entrevista

      Interview process was long but good. The company and employees were lovely throughout the whole process and treated me as a friend rather than a candidate. Very open and natural conversations held during the interview, but make sure you come prepared. Not your typical easy interview questions. Function Point wants to make sure you're the right fit for them, but also that they are the right fit for you. Very high on keeping their Culture going in the right direction! Process: 1. Phone Interview 2. In-Person with Team Leads Interview 3. Team Interview 4. Owner Interview and Job Offer

      Entrevista

      After applying, I had an 1st interview in the form of an introductory video call with the Director of Customer Experience. The call was very conversational, with plenty of time allotted to address my questions about the role and company. Some time later, I was offered a 2nd interview. This required me to prepare and present a slide deck, as well as complete an exercise to assess my ability to prioritize and respond to client emails. The presentation required a few hours of prep, and was well received. During the 2nd interview, I was offered another call later in the week to meet with the Director of Sales. A few days later I received and accepted a job offer. The whole process from application to offer took a little over one month.

      1 Phone interview, 1 Skype interview/presentation 1 in Person interview. Really pleasant welcoming interviewer(s) I don't think I was qualified enough for the position but was nice if not disappointing to get to the 3rd round of interview. Sounded like an excellent role
