Hiring process consisted of a written test, interview with team leader and future team members and interview with HR or management . Can be done online or face to face. Tasks on the written test usually consist of: translation tasks, writing tasks, customer support tasks. It may vary for different languages.

First talked to the lead then to the senior manager. Talked about experience, the job and the company on Skype. Got an overview of the company structures, possibilities and responsibilities.

First I had to pass a test which was sent via mail, I had to answer the questions within one hour and send it back. After that, I got a proposal for an interview on Skype. The interview took around one hour and was seperated into two parts with two different managers.
After all it was a nice interview, they asked me many questions and told me about the company, the job and the possibilities within the company.
