I filled out the application online and got 4 phone interviews, The first one was a HR interview and then follow by Director and COO. Each interview spend 30~60 minutes. Someone was more casual and someone was more serious. The process was smoothly. They care about what you have done before, and how to use those experiences to the future product.

It went really well! The interviewers asked insightful questions, and I felt confident with my responses. I also got a good sense of the company culture. I connected well with the team, and the questions were fair. I left feeling positive about my performance.
