It was very relaxed in presentation, yet very formal in quality. The interviewers were the potential bosses, so they knew the position intimately and were knowledgeable about what specifically to look for. Interviews were held on a fairly regular interval but the actual hiring process was very selective.

Interviewer I met, Travis, is really friendly. The whole interview process is smooth and it doesn't feel like a interview at all. Very general and reasonable questions. One thing I know after getting employed is that they look for protential positive and happy candidate to fit the positions.
