Very hard interview,, loads of technical scenario based questions and one must really be able to expand and apply their experience to answer. However, the interviewers were really nice and the interview was enjoyable

After submitting the resume, Human Resource will contact after a few weeks. Only one stage interview with the hiring manager. In my experience, the interview was conducted online, around 30 minutes.

Mostly on project management questions. Your Japanese speaking skills are tested as well as the interview is conducted in Japanese and English. If you have experience working in Japan is an advantage.

It was smooth and interviewer was calm and patient. They asked questions regarding SEPA, SWIFT, payment system, sql. Roles and responsibilities. CSM, Target2, BACS, CHAPS, ISO20022, ISO15022.
