Me postulé en línea. Acudí a una entrevista en Fujitsu (Richardson, TX) en mar 2017

Two rounds of phone interview and one round onsite. First phone interview I was just asked the background. Second phone interview included lots of technical questions related to my research background and the position. The onsite interview went pretty well and I answered all of the questions. I was told I would get the feedback in two weeks. I did not get any call in three weeks so I called back the HR. I was told there was a guy from internal Fujitsu hired for this position!

they asked me some specific questions about my research projects which is also related to the position requirement.
The interview process for me typically follows a structured path: first, a phone screening to assess basic qualifications and fit. Then, a skills test to evaluate technical abilities, followed by an in-depth interview with the hiring managers to discuss experience, problem-solving, and cultural alignment. This comprehensive process ensures a clear evaluation of both skills and compatibility for the role.
There are 4 stages. 1st for Web test, which tests overall skills like Math, Logic questions, etc.. 2nd round is for Document screening. 3rd is interview with HR. The last one is interview with the head of HR.

This applies for fresh graduate. They asked me about what I tried the hardest during my time in university.
