I was referred to a position within the insurance department by an employee. The interview process was a bit tedious, but over all a positive experience. I did follow up regularly after each interview to ensure I was still being considered since the process was somewhat drawn out. The questions were not overly difficult and I met with 4 different employees. The HR department was wonderful during new employee orientation as well.

Poor recruiting experience. Ghosting candidates, long hiring timelines, confusing interviews, and lack of feedback. I interviewed & didn’t hear back for weeks. Contacted HR and told me they didn’t know anything about me because the guy that is the HR Manager was out for 3 weeks.
