Multiple panel group interview, multiple one on one interviews, phone screen, video interview and group lunch meeting. It was very intense for an agency to interview someone this much.

The entire interview process took about a month and was two phone conversations with the hiring manager and an in-person meeting with the hiring manager and President. At the in-person interview, it was sprung on me two others will be interviewing me, individually as well. Although this was okay with me, I prefer to know who I will be interviewing with prior to meeting them to have a chance to do a bit of research on them so it allows me to ask certain questions as it pertains to that individual.
