The interview process was very structured and well communicated! The process was a pre-screen call, Skype, in-person, and two phone interviews. You speak with the entire chain of people who you will be working with. They were quick to get the next steps scheduled and are incredibly detailed in explaining what Frontline Performance Group is all about. They truly take the time to make sure they are a good fit for you as an employee. Everyone is cohesive in their explanation of the company.
