Screening call where:
- I was robotically asked questions that could have been done through a form when applying for the role, or just skipped by reading my CV.
- Despite having everything they were asking for, I was afterwards rejected with no explanation (through the same automated message they use for non-interviewed applicants, which was very inconsiderate).
- My request for feedback of course was ignored.

Entrevista
I had earlier this year interviewed with Frontiers about a more junior role, and was subsequently rejected, probably because I was overqualified. Then when I saw them open a position for a TA Specialist role, I knew that I should apply again as it was more in line with my level of experience. I was subsequently invited to a first interview about a week ago, and scheduled it via the link in the email. Then a few hours later I received a cancellation as due to a "technical error", I received the invite email that I should not have gotten. Then another week of radio silence, before being rejected today over email. Clearly they have some issues with retention to have to hire for Talent Acquisition team multiple times in a few months, and also seem to struggle with using the tooling they have to do something as simple as selecting people for interview.
