I applied in January and never got and face to face interview. After a month I was asked to complete an art test and didn't get even an email confirming that they'd received it. After a month of trying to get into contact they told me everyone had failed the art test and they were preparing another test to go out in a few days. Two weeks later I got an automated email telling me my application was not being taken forward. I never received any feedback. I have no idea what was going on to cause this mess, and I felt degraded the whole time. If internal communication is as bad as this then I don't know if I would want to actually work for Frontier.
