They did huge call backs. Each interview was one on one and only took a few minutes. The wait was longer for the interview then the interview was. Almost everyone that interviewed that day was hired that day. There was no physical test. Interviewers were managers, trainers, and senior team leads.

Easy process, I applied online and got an invitation for an open day. After a presentation I had a one on one interview which took less than 5 min, very simple questions
