Standard startup PM interview process. Went through 3-4 rounds of interviews with designer, CEO, CTO. Everything seemed to go well, even had a follow-up call where there were no obvious red flags. After all that work, they ghosted me. Very unprofessional.

With recruiter first, then CTO, and finally with the Head of Product . Quick and clear process, no complaints. Generic questions, with focus on understanding my experience and my though process. Good experience overall, despite not getting an offer.
