Usually you have to apply online, but I got an employee referral through networking. The initial on-site interview was a panel interview with a Manager, Supervisor, and Engineer to see where I would fit best in the company. After the panel interview, I was interviewed by the HR Manager.

The interview was very relaxed, they asked questions but it was more like a conversaton. They started with the typical tell me about yourself and then moved on to the questions relating to the work.

The interview was without tension, acceptance of how you. Room was given for view point and it was very interactive. It lasted for an hour. Interviewer was nice and knew exactly what she wanted.

Very thoughtful and detailed interview making sure both general skill set as well as academic background fit the position. Interviewed by department head and HR-representative simultaneously in a one and a half hour session after having multiple telephone interviews.
