There seems to be a lack of cohesion between the recruiters in the org. Low ball packaged was offered which was disappointing as the company claims they're growing by leaps and bounds.

Entrevista
First was a telephonic round, followed by a face to face interview with the HR, then its the city
manager's round and then Ops head. After the interview you will get a call the next day with an offer to your mail id. Once you confirm they ask you to send the documents for background verification
