Not a very organised way of hiring people.
First I got an unexpected phone call to ask some questions. No time was scheduled and no explanation (e.g. purpose of the call) was given upfront. It was very unclear to me that this was an interview. However, the experience was good, I talked to a nice employee at Fresh.Land.
After this round, I had a scheduled interview with top management. This experience was very bad. They only scheduled 15 min and were asking a lot of questions very rapidly. There was no time for questions from my side and no good discussions. If you would like to have a good interview and ask a lot of questions, please schedule more time. It also makes the candidate feel more appreciated.
After asking one critical question about previous negative reviews on glassdoor, no clear answer was given. This could have been their chance to show that the reviews were misplaced, but I got the feeling maybe they were not.
