it was different from when i started. but i believe now the District manager does the interviews. i think they get qualified over the phone with HR and if they are still interested after what they say they schedule an interview.

Fairly standard interview questions. they asked about my past sales experience. Where i wanted to be in 5 years. What my goals were. Nothing really out of this world. The process is a bit different now from when i first interviewed. There is a recruiter now that gets all these things taken care of.
