The interview process was very self explanatory, they focused on asking questions relating to good customer service as well as how to prevent theft and control inventory. They also asked questions relating to how familiar you are with the brand itself and working in retail.

Quick interview, about three retail related questions, and they have you create an outfit for a specific occasion after those basic interview questions. In my opinion, the pay is below average for a retail job without commission.
