I was interviewed by Franciscan Solutions in Kolkata in the year 2017. There were 2 Rounds of the interview process - i) Aptitude, ii) Technical and HR. There were 30 questions of which 25 has to be answered correctly to clear the round. The second round was Panel Interview. There were two HRs in the panel and they were very supportive. They generally ask you simple questions and not much from technical. I was the highest scorer in the aptitude test in the whole college and that proved to be an added advantage for me. They simply check on your English-Speaking Skills. You have to be very fluent in the language and confident as well. I was offered the job.
