I applied and interviewed with them online. The two interviewers (neither had a creative background) were nice but rushed. They asked me to do extensive design challenge that took hours to complete without them ever getting back to me. I am not sure if they are seeking free labor with these projects, but asking for lots of free labor followed by no follow up is a pretty big red flag.
