I got in through an employee referral. The First round was an Aptitude Test with 3 sections with each having 20 questions of 20 marks each. It was followed by multiple rounds of interviews.

Aptitude Test is more or less about checking your Quantitative skills. They may not even check your Language related section. So start with Mathematics->Logical->Verbal. Interviews are mostly about checking your thought process. Expect a lot of guesstimates and puzzles.

Entrevista
It was an on-campus recruitment process. Consisted of an aptitude test (tough) followed by 3 rounds of interviews (medium difficulty). The interview had a Tech round, an Apex round, and an HR round.
Round 1(Aptitude Test): First-round had basic aptitude questions.
Round 2(Technical Test): had 4 questions on SQL, and 4 coding questions
After shortlisting, there were three interview rounds, each being an elimination round.
Problem Solving Round: Asked project-related questions and approach to few case study questions, related to Market Entry and Profitability.
Business Understanding Round: There were guesstimates and probability-based questions in this round. They focus mainly on the structure and approach of your answer. Probability questions were very basic.
HR Round: Typical HR questions were asked, namely strengths, weaknesses, values, why Fractal, etc.

This was a complete technical round. It went for around 30 minutes,not much though!
There was this guy who was about to take my technical rounds. He was really polite and started on time.
