I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1week. I interviewed at Fourth (Macclesfield, England). First stage was an introduction into the company, and the values of the company. It was a very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere and I was made to feel at ease. The whole process just felt right. I was interviewed by 3 different managers and I got the Job same week.

First round of interviews was group oriented, second ones were 3 individual interviews to different managers. The first day was an introduction into the company and the group discussion were to see if you could stand out, if so you moved on to the 1:1 interviews, this was a little bit daunting at first but despite being nervous I managed to get the job offer.
