Disorganised, inauthentic, and the concept of 'togetherness' is a facade.
- They were late.
- They didn't book the room for 1 hour. The last half was completed in the reception area.
- They didn't ask about my expereince or anything related to my work.
- Interview was a personality test, not merit based.
- Interviewer inferred I was too old for the position and that I might get bored.
- I noticed a long blond hair in my glass of water right at the end of the interview. Fantastic.
Complete waste of time and the company is being ruined by leaders who don't embody the company values.

The interview was very chill and friendly! I was reffered by a friend of mine and I did the interview immediately with the hiring manager. The environment seemed to be very healthy and nice. The process took 3 months , i hoped they communicated more with me during them but it turned out to be great and I’m glad i’m working with them:)
