Online interview run by HireVue. Starts with 5 questions that you answer using your mic and a webcam. No human present on the other side and no interruptions for questions etc. You get 3 minutes to answer each question. There are practice questions you can do if you want to. Practice questions bore no resemblance to the actual questions. After the webcam stage is complete you get two questions where you supply written answers. Very easy to complete. The third stage is a series on 3 'games'. You are presented with a series of letters and/or numbers and you have to click on a pad to recreate what you were presented with in the correct order. Be careful...at first all the letters and/or numbers will be presented fairly quickly but after a couple of goes round they will show a letter or number and there'll be a longer oause between the first and the second. WAIT until the letters/numbers change to dots before clicking on the keypad or you'll fail that exercise. I know I did (fail). Second game is basically matching up shapes with various triangles or squares inside. Some rotate to make identifying the ones that are the same a little harder. Simple enough if you pay attention. The final game is a simulated chat exercise where an irate customer complains about some poor service and you have to choose from 3 answers which one you would use in that situation. Again not too difficult. Overall not the daunting process you might think and they are super quick to get bck to you with your results.
