I was first interviewed by the HR, they asked about me and my work experience. Then had the second round with Communications team which was on general topics to check the skills. After where had my interview with Operations head, where I was asked more questions related to the job role.

In naukri.com interview timing was 10am to 4pm. But when I reached there they said timing is 12pm to 5pm. But they stared the interview at 1.30pm.
1. First round was JAM session, where they will ask you to introduce yourself and speak on any topic of your choice. I cleared the first round. Be loud and clear.
2. Second round was HR round, where they will ask you to tell about your education and about your last job. As I had a 2 year gap, HR asked me that salary is very low here and your previous package was more than that so are you comfortable with low salary. I said I know I have a 2 year gap but I want same salary if you cant give me a hike. She said ok here is salary issue so we will call you to let you know. I left for the day and waiting for the call from Sitel.
Anybody there who attended the HR round, what does will call u means? Its an indirect rejection?
