I felt throughout the process there was a lot of red flags. It was unclear of the process. I was told one thing then it would change. There were constant requests to have calls or to come back to talk to people, interviews were canceled last minute or individuals did not show for calls. Eventually I decided to move on as I felt this was a sign of poor culture or leadership where they are unable to make a decision or it was a constant culture of changing direction.
