Applied and about 3 weeks later, manager called to schedule an interview. Typically interview questions were asked. Was then told to fill out application (Paper Application) and was informed that I would be contacted in a bout a week due to other applicants ( both internal and external). One week passes by and been inform that next interview would be with the District Manager. Since district manager was out, I had to wait for until she return. In the time being, I had a practice interview with another manager in the district. Received feedback and then waited about one to two additional weeks for interview. Finally had interview with the district manager, was informed that my references would be called. One week later, I received the call with the job offer.
