Got a call for a phone screen for background fit that was rescheduled twice. Consisted mainly of general behavioral questions. Did not get a call back for a technical round.

Incredibly negative experience from my personal experience and heavily confirms some of the other feedback reviews posted here on Glassdoor. I was interviewing for the general Software Engineering and made it to the onsite interview. What they neglected to mention until after the onsite that it was actually for the 'Senior' level role which I wasn't interested in applying. I was rejected because I could not 'meet the bar' for the senior role that I had not applied to when I thought I was interviewing for the general Software Engineering role. Was this purposely done? Typical growing pains of a start up company with a clumsy interview process conducted. If Forward overlooks this type of basic information during the interview process, then I would personally not look Forward to being a patient of theirs.
