Smooth interview process and easy maths assessment. No assessment centre for internship just teams interview after you pass the maths test. Recruiters very friendly which make the process much better

What do you think you’ll be doing in the internship ?
I did two rounds of interviews, the first was a screening call with more general questions about myself, second was with a manager who explained what the job would entail.

fairly quick and informal, it was a straightforward process
there was a recruiter call that was about five minutes and then a final interview with a manager from the firm.

Great experience - did not feel intimidated at all really got to just have a conversation about what my goals looked like. I wanted a position in Rogers, unfortunately they were full but wanted to work with me, so they offered me a internship at another office.
