phone interview, they will arrange you a slot to have about 30 minutes conversation, most are motivational, some competency question.
I got rejected in this stage, so I have no idea about the assessment center, but focus on the teamwork, don't be aggressive.

Online application including answering motivational questions , 5-minute behavioural test, first stage interview with HR, assessment centre (virtual), 90 min in person interview with a director. was overall a good process

Easy and good, I was very nervous but in the end the interviewer was very nice! Overall the process was very smooth and the office is very modern! I got the offer!
