We made 2 exams in 3 hours for accounting and logics. After passing these tests you go to the first interview with 4 people from the company. They called me and let me the interview appointment. When I went to the interview, they made me some questions and told me that they couldn't select me for the position because I work to their client and it was against their company politics. I didn't get an explain why they called me to the interview and spent my time since they had my CV

First interview was virtual and the interview had good structure to it. I was given a brief background to the role and the team. Asked to give a run through of my CV, competency based questions and technical questions. Second step was to take a PPA and GIA.
