They really just want to know more about who you are and if you could fit with the company culture. I probably met over 30 different employees throughout the interview process. I really loved the company culture, but I couldn't help but feel sketched out by the whole process. I appreciated the amount of small talk that was involved with each interview because I knew they were understand who I was on a personal level.

Day long interview. A group of interviewees are brought in to the office. There are many conversations with Fortitude Employees ranging from small talk to a more traditional interview. At the end of the day, I had 9-10 separate conversations with different members of the office.

The interview process was great. The people were very nice and really tried to get to you know your background. It's a whole day process as they fly you down to an office location.
Started with a recruiter, then a zoom call, then flown out to the office to meet in person. They didn't really ask any questions. Kind of just told you about fortitude the whole time. They also had me go to a happy hour after the whole interview process, so I was there from 8-10 PM.
