Interview process was easy. Interview with the recruiter, hiring director and COO. I had a great feedback from the recruiter for both of my interviews and was told that they had one more candidate they had to interview. A week after my last interview, I received multiple job offers so I told the recruiter if there was any feedback from the hiring manager as I really wanted this role. Recruiter said he’d meet with the hiring manager and then I got ghosted. I really liked the team and I was really disappointed that I didn’t even get a “thank you we are going a different way”. I would’ve like having that closure but I guess companies just ghost applicants nowadays.
