The selection process was well-structured and professionally conducted. From the beginning, the HR team played a key role in coordinating all stages, providing continuous support and clarifying any questions as needed.
The process included interviews with HR, followed by discussions with various business and technology leaders. These interactions provided a clear understanding of the role’s expectations and alignment with the company’s culture.
After accepting the offer, a background verification process was conducted by a 3rd party company. Although the process took some time, it was managed dynamically with a cooperative approach, that helped expedite certain stages when necessary.
Overall, the experience was positive, reflecting a well-structured and transparent selection process, with efficient support from HR throughout.
